Laurie Brown

Laurie has over two decades of experience as a trainer and speaker, helping her audience improve their customer service, sales and presentation skills. In that time she has earned a reputation as a highly engaging, fun and effective professional, whose work gets results for her clients.

Working globally in locations such as Panama, Japan, Mexico, and Thailand, and throughout the United States, Laurie has trained culturally diverse audiences at all corporate levels. Her clients have ranged from Fortune 500 companies, to small family owned businesses.

Laurie has worked with all types of training media, from video, satellite broadcasts, interactive distance learning, teleseminar, and web based. She has helped others improve their training while using these methods.

She started her career as a professional actor, performing in hundreds of training films, commercials and movies. This experience has provided her with the ability to engage and keep her audience’s attention. It’s also a foundation from which she helps her clients achieve superior results, whether they present to a large audience or a one-on-one sales call.

Linda Hurd

Linda S. Hurd has decades of experience helping people improve their on-camera presentation, image and techniques. Her knack for helping others perform on screen comes from her own extensive experience. She has a BS of Ed in Speech and has hundreds of credits for performing in television commercials, educational/industrial videos, interactive distance learning (IDL) broadcasts, webcasts, and feature films. Linda’s love of teaching led her to conduct workshops and develop training material for those who can benefit from improved presentation and on-camera techniques. She’s dedicated to assisting people in improving their presentations and helping them relax and enjoy appearing on-camera.

Peter Temple

Peter is a thirty-five year advertising and television veteran. He has written, directed, edited, and produced hundreds of television commercials, training programs, and corporate promotional videos. He has directed scores of executives and actors and has won awards locally, nationally, and internationally for his work.

He has also directed and produced dozens of corporate conventions and conferences, written countless scripts, and saved many from technical obliteration.

With a degree in radio and television, Peter began his journey crafting thirty-second commercials for some of Canada’s largest national retailers, climbing quickly to become a managing partner in Canada’s largest retail advertising agency.

In 1986, he began his own corporate television production company, continuing to win numerous awards and accolades and growing it to a million dollar organization. His focus now is on helping beginning and intermediate presenters harness video and web technology and become more powerful presenters on stage and on the camera.


Greg Jones

Greg is an experienced training designer and classroom instructor. Over many years, Greg has performed thousands of broadcast training sessions for audiences small and large. Viewers all across the country have come to count on seamless presentations coupled with Greg's engaging and entertaining on camera presence.

Loretta Higgins

A Wayne State University graduate, Loretta has made her living as an actor for over 25 years, working in theatre, film, television and radio.

As a result of the skills acquired while working as a professional actor, a dual career in facilitation and training blossomed. Loretta has conducted countless workshops on various subjects, including Presentation Skills, Facilitation skills as well as On-Camera basics.

Loretta can currently be seen in the film “Ocean of Pearls”, as well as “Shelter” due to be released in 2010.

Peggy Thorp is enjoying a varied career as an actress, teacher and trainer/facilitator. She has many years experience in using Presentation Skills in her own work and delights in helping others learn to communicate in a convincing and productive manner. Presenting to others, on any subject and to a variety of audiences, should be exciting and fun, not scary and fraught with anxiety. Peggy can help you learn to enthusiastically connect with your audience and successfully deliver your program .

Laurie loves to share with others what she has learned over a lifetime of working on camera, on stage and on the microphone. After graduating from Duke University, she began to act in radio soap-opera then on to TV soaps and on stage in New York. These prepared her to teach acting and on-camera skills at New College (Sarasota, Florida) , Manatee Community College (Bradenton, Fla.) and Oakland Community College (Rochester, MI). She has appeared in countless radio and television commercials, industrial films and feature films all of which, along with the workshops and seminars she has created and led, give her the tools to help others to develop the skills to work effectively and to enjoy the on-camera experience.

Nancy is an independent training professional with over 20 years experience in the learning and development field.  She has delivered customized training programs to over 7,000 people from non-exempt staff to senior executives throughout the United States and Jamaica.  Her workshops are delivered both face-to-face and virtually for clients such as Bank of America, the Los Angeles Police Department, NIKE, Cisco Systems, KPMG, 24 Hour Fitness and Mercury Insurance.

Nancy has designed and delivered training on such topics as Behavioral Interviewing, Communication Skills, Customer Service, Facilitation Skills, Leadership, Performance Management, Presentation Skills, and Sexual Harassment Avoidance.

Known for her upbeat, hands-on approach and easy-going style, the key to her success as a facilitator is to always keep the content practical, the learner engaged and the environment fun.
